Duterte: I will not allow these policemen to go to prison

President Rodrigo Duterte said on Wednesday that even the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) findings on the killing of Albuera, Leyte Mayor Rolando Espinosa Sr. is a ‘rubout’, he will not allow all the officers and policemen involved to go to prison.
